Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. If the expected delivery time is longer, it will be stated on the product page, and all customers will be informed accordingly.
Shipping costs depend on the price and weight of the ordered products and are calculated at checkout. In certain cases defined by the seller, shipping may be free of charge.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. Please ensure the email address provided during registration is correct and check it regularly for updates.
If any discrepancies are found in the quantity or quality of the goods, the buyer may refuse the shipment. In such cases, an inspection report must be completed with the courier, detailing the identified issues.
Once the buyer or their representative has received the package and signed the delivery confirmation, the goods are considered to match the order in quantity, quality, and assortment unless damage or discrepancies were noted at the time of delivery.
If the order is delivered to the specified address but received by someone other than the buyer, the delivery is still considered completed. If someone else is going to receive your package, please provide their information at checkout.
