All products come with a 2-year warranty.
You may return or exchange a purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1. The returned item must be in its original, intact packaging, undamaged, unused, exactly as received, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (tags must be intact).
2. The buyer must contact us regarding the return via email at info@deerforest.co.uk.
3. The return must include a note with the order number and whether the item is being returned or exchanged.
4. The seller reserves the right to reject returned items if they have been used, are missing original tags, are damaged, or were custom-made or altered to meet specific order requirements.

6. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning or exchanging non-defective items. Only the product price and original delivery costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. If the item was purchased using a gift card, the card and any additional payments (if applicable) will be refunded. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. If the buyer returns a discounted item, the refunded amount will match the price paid after the discount.
9. We will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within 5 business days after processing the return. Refunds are issued only to the account used for the original payment.
